Currently studying with Edna Golandsky of the Golandsky Institute, NYC
Private studies with Dennis Sandole (Coltrane’s only teacher) in jazz composition.
Private studies with Adele Marcus (Julliard), Rosalyn Tureck (Oxford), Malvina Leshock (Temple) as well as concert pianist Chester Wittell.
B.A. in philosophy from Albright College, numerous post graduate courses, including 5 years of commercial lending and related courses.

Five years as a commercial lender, attaining position of Assistant Vice President, commercial loans, responsible for a portfolio of approximately $12 million in 1982
